Interests: Reading (most genres, ranging from non-fictional science & history to fantasy & paranormal romance...I'm all over the map); writing (poetry, fiction, some non-fiction); playing the piano; listening to music, nearly all genres (also downloading, burning mixes, going to see live bands, discovering new bands/singers); watching anything else that has my favorite actor, Damian Lewis, in it; watching certain reality crime shows (i.e., "Forensic Files," "The First 48"), as well as other reality-type shows like "Deadliest Catch" & "Ice Road Truckers" - plus, certain science documentaries on The History Channel & National Geographic - I'm a bit of a nerd; going to the beach (particularly Ocean City, MD, and Rehobeth Beach, DE); playing with my two cats, whom I adore; doing just about anything with my mom, who is one of my dearest friends; going to visit one of my other closest friends, my younger brother & only sib, out in San Francisco; dining out (I LOVE good Italian); trying to exercise more & inhale less junk food (SO hard for someone with a sweet tooth as big as mine!); doing crosswords and sudoku puzzles; going to see plays (there's nothing more wonderful to me than seeing a musical on Broadway); visiting my favorite city, NY; cheering-on the NY Yankees & Giants (I spent most of my life on Long Island, NY); going to see movies at the theater as opposed to watching them at home; browsing through bookstores and going to coffee shops; going to school to become a Medical Transcriptionist, which will hopefully be able to support me while I moonlight to become a published writer...
and many other interests, but I think I've rambled on enough. (Wow. I just realized that I've been watching WAY too much TV!)
